Document version v3 — Section 8 (Intellectual Property) updated to reflect verified question bank sourcing from Florida Statutes Chapter 475, Rule 61J2, and FREC materials.
By accessing or using PassFlorida ("the Service"), operated by Nathan & Florez LLC d/b/a PassFlorida ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PassFlorida is an online practice question platform designed to help users prepare for the Florida real estate licensing examination. A core feature of the Service is bilingual study support: practice questions and explanations are available in English and Spanish (see Section 3 regarding translations). The Service also provides adaptive practice, answer explanations, performance tracking, and topic-level progress analytics.
Answer explanations are generated using artificial intelligence and verified for accuracy to the best of our ability. They are provided for educational purposes and may contain errors.
PassFlorida is a study aid only. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the Florida real estate exam or any other examination.
Practice questions are developed by PassFlorida and verified for accuracy to the best of our knowledge and ability. They are not sourced from, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Pearson VUE, or any official testing vendor. Question content may not reflect current exam topics, format, or difficulty. You are responsible for verifying that your study materials are current and complete by consulting official DBPR resources.
Translations. Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian translations of practice questions are provided as comprehension aids only. Translated content has not been independently validated for legal or regulatory accuracy and should not be relied upon as equivalent to the English version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a translated question and its English original, the English version controls.
To access the full Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Each account is licensed to a single user. Simultaneous logins from multiple devices may result in session termination. Account sharing is prohibited.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We offer a limited free trial of 30 practice questions that does not require an account. Trial usage is tracked locally on your device. No personal information is collected during the trial. After completing the trial, continued access requires account creation and a paid subscription.
Access to the full question bank requires a paid subscription (currently $29 USD per month, subject to change; the price shown at checkout controls). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service, all subscription payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
